Britny’s career has continued to grow and evolve. She set herself the goal of winning the Women's Playwriting Prize and was proud to be shortlisted, a milestone that strengthened her confidence as a writer. Commissions for her creative writing workshops increased, alongside her presence within the local arts community. She built partnerships with Culture Trust, developing creative writing and craft-based workshops for schools connected to projects at Wardown House, Museum and Gallery. Access to funding and resources has allowed her to grow her online presence and confidently value her work as both an artist and creative entrepreneur. More recently, she has also been selected to join a parliamentary meeting with UP – The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement to discuss adult experiences of Cerebral Palsy, continuing to advocate for change through her voice and her writing.
