Trainee Programme
Our Trainee Programme creates paid entry-level opportunities for people looking to build experience in the creative and cultural sector. Trainees work alongside the team on real projects, events, communications, exhibitions and community-facing activity, gaining practical skills, confidence and insight into how cultural organisations operate.
Trainees 2025 - 2026
Sites As Destinations, Collaborative project
Using photographs they took on Wardown, interviewing visitors and Wardown’s Curators, both Trainees shared their unique discoveries and it’s stories on a social media campaign ‘‘Crack the code’’, creating to scheduling consistent and brand differentiating posts, they invite curious viewers to visit Luton’s gems.
Leaflet Design
Problem - Lack of awareness of arts sites under the Culture Trust brand and as a arts charity.
Creative Solution - Cross promotional design across sites that was easy to print and produce, to educate the public of cultural venues under the arts charity and it’s facilities, whilst considering identities of each brand.
Creative Trainees Kiah and Srea bounced ideas with each other, building from prior Long gallery leaflet designs. Drafting concepts, gathering feedback from marketing department, test prints and applying revisions real time for a final design that is cost effective and using thoughtful design approaches to guide viewers eyes.
