We are pleased to introduce the Creative Pioneers 2025 - a cohort of ten emerging creative entrepreneurs taking part in a year-long business development programme supported by The Culture Trust’s Creative Industry Network.

This initiative is designed to equip early-career creatives with the financial, professional, and practical tools they need to establish sustainable businesses. The programme provides participants with:

• Structured mentorship

• Business development workshops

• Access to workspace and resources

• Opportunities for public engagement

These Pioneers are already beginning to shape new creative ventures across disciplines — including film, music, design, fashion, and media — and represent the energy and ambition of Luton’s growing creative economy.
