‘ Promise’ By Mark Titchner and Jonathan Barnbrook

We know how to bring creative people and businesses together so they can grow and thrive.

Our plan over the next three years is to develop the Hat District community across three historic buildings and a new build: Hat Works, Hat Factory, Hat House and Hat Studios.

We’re inviting entrepreneurs and emerging talent as well as established creative businesses, who share our strong social values, to join us.

We are progressive, diverse and refreshingly authentic.

As an established arts and culture charity, we have a strong network of creative practitioners and education providers ready to nurture talent and support business growth.

We reinvest our income in our facilities, new technology, marketing support and diverse arts and cultural activities. We also have a strong sense of heritage and place-making. We want to protect our historic hat factories!

The Culture Trust, Luton runs a vibrant arts and cultural programme across the town.
