Luton Arts Hub

Opportunity Submissions Page

The Luton Arts Hub shares opportunities, resources and information for Luton’s arts, culture, heritage and creative sectors.

The Hub is being developed through the shared work of Luton Borough Council’s Luton Arts team, The Culture Trust Luton, Revoluton Arts and Clore Leadership, with support and input from the wider Arts and Culture Strategy Group membership.

It is intended to create a clearer shared platform for the town, helping artists, creatives, freelancers, cultural organisations, heritage workers, creative businesses, community groups, students and early-career practitioners find relevant opportunities and sector support.

Use this form to submit opportunities that may be relevant to Luton’s creative, cultural and heritage communities.

Opportunities may include commissions, jobs, funding, space access, training, open calls, workshops, residencies, exhibitions, networking opportunities or other relevant sector support.

Submissions will be reviewed by The Culture Trust Luton before publication. We may edit text for clarity, accessibility, formatting and consistency before publishing.

  • The Luton Arts Hub is intended for opportunities that support Luton’s arts, culture, heritage and creative sectors. We are particularly interested in commissions, jobs, funding, space access, training, open calls, workshops, residencies, exhibitions, networking opportunities and other sector support that is based in Luton, open to Luton-based creatives or organisations, delivered by Luton-based partners, or clearly beneficial to Luton’s creative communities.

If you would like to list a public event taking place in Luton, we encourage you to submit it to the Step Forward Luton Events page so it can reach wider town audiences. If you are a creative practitioner, freelancer, organisation or creative business looking to showcase your practice, services or work, we encourage you to join the Creative Directory, which is designed to help people discover and connect with Luton’s creative sector.

  • The Luton Arts Hub is designed as a signposting platform. Listings will give users a clear summary of the opportunity and direct them to the relevant partner website, application page, booking link or contact point.

We do not need partners to reformat their opportunity into multiple separate fields. In most cases, you can copy and paste your existing opportunity text into the form below and provide the main link where people should go next.

  • Please include enough information for someone to understand what the opportunity is, who it is for, and where they should go next.

    Where possible, please include:

    • the opportunity title

    • a short summary or full copy

    • deadline or key date, if relevant

    • location, if relevant

    • fee, cost or free access information, if relevant

    • main link to apply, book or find out more

    • contact details for questions

    • image, logo or supporting visual, if available

Please avoid submitting information that only exists inside an image or poster. If the image includes important details, please also include those details in the written text.

  • The Luton Arts Hub aims to publish content that is clear, readable and accessible.

Please use clear written information wherever possible. Links should describe where they go, for example “Apply for the commission” rather than “click here”.

Images should not contain essential information unless that information is also included in the written submission. Where possible, please provide a short image description.

The Culture Trust team may adjust submitted copy to improve readability, formatting and accessibility.
