Creative Industries Sales & Marketing Manager
We have an exciting new role promoting creative industry workspaces within three old hat factories which we are transforming into a creative cluster in central Luton. You will be part of the promotional team for our ‘Hat District’ and you will be specifically responsible for the occupancy of 25,000sqft of new space for creative businesses, securing short and long-term leases and for maintaining exceptional tenant relations. You will implement a robust sales, marketing and communications strategy that maximizes awareness in our ‘ethical’ creative workspace ecology and achieves agreed occupancy levels and sales targets.

You could be part of our passionate and inspiring team by taking this new role to manage creative industries tenancies, promotions to prospective tenants and contribute positively to the continual growth of all creative workspaces managed by the Trust.
About you
You will need to be highly organised and an exemplary communicator with the ability to engage effectively with small and large creative businesses, negotiate tenancies, manage partnerships and lead promotional events. You will need to ensure customer satisfaction whilst meeting occupancy and sales targets.
The ability to demonstrate an understanding of sales procedures for space rentals and long-term lettings and the needs of our client-group is key.
You must be Institute of Sales Management (ISM) qualified or have another relevant professional qualifications or equivalent experience.
