NPO Marketing Open Call - Summer 2025
Wardown House Museum is accepting expressions of interest from Luton-based graphic designers and creatives for the delivery of summer marketing campaign.
Deliverables:
Create a consistent design package for the following programmes:
o Music in the Museum 2025
o Exhibitions
o Family Programme (summer, half-term and autumn activities)
Delivery includes:
Create a campaign plan for the above areas which would include the following
Creation (self or commissioned) of designs for flyers, posters and digital content consistent with the Museum brand and programme briefs,
Supervision of print delivery (design, proofing and delivery to site),
Creation and deployment of online promotional activities including website, social media (research and development of distribution channels like Facebook Groups, listing sites, online magazines etc.),
Research and proposal of engagement via digital and print means (online contests, Instagram quizzes etc.).
Duration:
10 days between Mid-June to End of August 2025
Expression of Interest must include:
- Brief bio and summary of practice with minimum 2 examples of commercial work across similar outputs
- General breakdown of activities over the commissioned period
- Budget proposal (including fee structure, planned print and online promotional spend)

- Previous client references welcomed but not essential
Candidates must be registered self-employed or apply as a company.
