The Great Big Dinosaur Show is coming to the Hat Factory in October and we’re looking for budding poets and artists to participate in our Great Big Dino Write-Along! 📝🐉Post your dino-related poems and artwork with the hashtag #MoleGecko or submit them below. Your art and poetry will be displayed at the Hat Factory on the day of the show!

  • 1. General Overview

    The Culture Trust (hereafter referred to as “The Trust”) is delighted to invite parents and guardians to submit artwork or poetry created by their children for potential inclusion in the upcoming kids' theatre show. By submitting to the portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

    2. Eligibility

    Submissions are open to parents or legal guardians on behalf of their children. All submissions must be original works created by the child with parental permission to submit.

    3. Submission Process

    Submissions can be made through the official website submission portal by the specified deadline. It is free to enter, and no payment will be required at any stage.

    4. Rights and Usage

    By submitting artwork, poetry, or any creative work through the portal, you, as the parent or legal guardian, grant The Trust a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the submitted work for any promotional, marketing, or related purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, print, and event-related materials.

    5. Acknowledgment and Attribution

    The Trust will make every effort to credit the work appropriately when used, referencing the first name and age of the child. No further compensation, monetary or otherwise, will be offered in exchange for the use of the submitted material.

    6. Ownership

    The original ownership of the artwork or poetry remains with the creator (the child), and this agreement does not transfer ownership to The Trust. The license granted is for promotional and marketing purposes only.

    7. Content Guidelines

    All submissions must be appropriate for a family audience. The Trust reserves the right to decline submissions that include offensive, inappropriate, or non-original content.

    8. No Payment or Prize

    Participation in this submission process is entirely voluntary and free of charge. No prizes or monetary rewards will be given in exchange for submissions, regardless of whether the work is selected for use during the show or in promotional materials.

    9. Data Protection

    The Trust will collect and process personal data, including names and contact details, for the sole purpose of managing the submission and promotion process. By submitting, you consent to the collection and use of such data in accordance with The Trust's privacy policy.

    10. Acceptance of Terms

    By submitting artwork or poetry, parents and guardians confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of themselves and their children.

    11. Amendments

    The Trust reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
